Mayor Nutter's 2008 Spring Cleanup was a resounding success, exceeding all goals and going on record as the largest single day, citywide cleanup event in the country. Between Fishtown's three sign-in locations, there were approximately 475 friends and neighbors working to beautify the neighborhood.
